Rental Agreement: For your security, we require a signed rental agreement and ID verification within 48 hours of booking. Access to the property is provided only after the agreement is signed.
$500 security deposit hold is required. Collected 3 days prior to arrival; released no later than 3 days after departure.
Day guests must have permission to be on site.
Check-in is any time after 3 PM, and check-out is before 10 AM.
Starter Supplies: We provide a starter package of essentials to get you settled in, including three rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and one full roll of paper towels.
