"My sister and I stayed from Wednesday night through Tuesday morning, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. Housekeeping never came to our room a single time during our entire stay. We repeatedly had to go down to the front desk to request clean towels and basic supplies, and even after mentioning it multiple times, no one was ever sent to service the room. We also used the parking garage down the street, which the hotel partners with. Each day, guests are required to notify the hotel before noon if they parked there. One day we left early and returned late, and I forgot to tell them. I understood that mistake was on me, and I contacted the garage directly and paid the $30 fee. However, the hotel then tried to charge me another $32 for the same night, saying I “knew the rules.” I did know the rule, and that’s why I paid the garage. Being charged twice for one night of parking was unreasonable, and they refused to remove the extra charge. I ended up paying $62 for one night of parking. To “make up” for the fact that housekeeping never came to our room, they removed a $32 charge for the morning we checked out—at 8:30 AM. That hardly felt like meaningful compensation for six nights without housekeeping and the double parking charge. The hotel is in a nice location and the breakfast was good, but overall the lack of service and the way the parking situation was handled means I would not stay here again."

"Room was quite small and the bathroom was tiny. We knew the square footage of the room but the bathroom was just too small. 2 ppl CANNOT be in there at the same time. Rooftops were nice. Parking is costly, $50 per day/overnight. Overall the stay was alright. Savannah is a nice & pleasant city to walk & explore. Lots of restaurants, historical buildings, and nightlife. We would go again. "

"Ok I love the location of this hotel but it wasn't a good stay and for $344 a night I expected more!!! The tv didn't work and the water would random go to a trickle and go cold before getting hot again. Also the bathroom made some very load noise randomly as my kids try to sleep. They did renovations quickly and sloppy that it makes the room look dirty. I have reach out with document of all of this, waiting to hear back."

"The room was spacious and updated but the hallway carpet needs to be replaced. There was an odd odor- not exactly smelly or mildewy but just not right. That may be from the old carpet. The breakfast was meh, but that was to be expected. Parking was great. It shares the parking lot with the Rooms 2 Go showroom so you can actually access the lot from either street. We were towing a trailer and there were ample spots where we could pull through to park. I really appreciate that planning as many hotels have single spaces with a curb which means I actually have had to take up more that two spaces to park. Nitpicks- I wish they had a covered portico at the front door. It was raining for 3 of our 5 nights and it would have been nice to load/unload the car out of the rain. There is ample space in the one bedroom suites for a full size refrigerator instead of the tiny little one provided. The lighting in the living room area did not have a wall switch- it was a nice floor lamp but you have to lean over the end table to access the toggle switch. This is difficult for old folks like me. We had a two bed suite and the bed closest to the door stuck out into the doorway so to close the door you have to push the bed over. Finally, there were no hanging racks in the bathroom for towels except for a small hook on the door which the hair dryer bag was hanging on. I would stay here again as it was very convenient to the event we were attending. The staff were excellent!"

"Staff was phenomenal - Wanda at the front desk was amazing! Room was pretty clean and rooftop was very cool. Location was perfect. Very disappointed by the breakfast. Lots of offerings but fruit was gross and bruised. Bananas almost seemed like they had been frozen and thawed? Gym was very small which is fine, but very dirty. The one yoga mat they had was old and thin, when I wiped it the wipe was brown.... Clearly never cleaned or replaced. Then one of the elevators was broken the whole time and the one operational took forever, and it would make a loud noise and shake at the 4th floor. So it was packed with people Everytime and was very scary."
