I was going to an event at the Salt Palace and if you slide in through the parking garage door on 300 S you have a very short walk outdoors, which was helpful in this case because it was raining a lot. Even better if you are at an event in the western part of the building, but at least you can walk inside. Desk staff was very pleasant to deal with. I didn't have housekeeping come in so I can't comment on that but the room was in good shape when I arrived. They have the (small)...

"I was there for an unexpected stay due to my husband‘s ski accident and the hotel was near the hospital. For an extended stay it offers all the comforts of home with a full kitchen, a good breakfast, and laundry facilities onsite. The staff were great and the hotel was clean. The only thing that I didn’t love was the “couch” seating area in the living room. It is not very comfortable and oddly shaped. Highly recommend for anyone needing accommodations near Intermountain Medical Center. "

"Not a good check-in experience, then when we arrive… No AC. High of 93 the days we were there. Top floor condo. Very very very hot. This was the hottest I’ve ever been in any type of rental ever; home rental, condo, hotel, etc. very disappointed, would not recommend during June-September due to lack of A/C.
