Never lets me down.

A comfy bed coupled with a clean room and a good breakfast. Throw in friendly and helpful staff and you've got all you need for an overnight stay. Never lets me down.

Happy with our stay

We just had a one night stay to attend an event nearby. The room was very clean, you could smell the cleaning products. Had everything that you needed and we had a good nights sleep. We were already having breakfast at the venue we were going to, but the hotel breakfast did smell lovely when we left. The only negative was it is in need of a lick of paint.

Hotel staff were nice, rooms very clean, bathromm clean but dated - Decent breakfast but no evening meals available but no big deal, Wetherspoon 5 mins drive round the corner

The hotel is a bit dated, tired and not stylish. It is clean, comfortable and quiet. It suited us on this occasion. Bedside lamp in room 15 wasn’t working. Breakfast was nice.

Helpful and friendly staff. Extremely comfortable bed and a great breakfast. Conveniently placed for the Victoria Bikers Pub just across the way. Would recommend to anyone visiting Coalville in the future.

Nice place.

I stay here every time I'm working in Coalville. The staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious for the rates you pay, they're clean and the beds are comfy. Coupled with a nice breakfast, what more could you need for an overnight stay?

4 night business trip and as Coalville only has 2 hotels choice was limited. But I can honestly say my stay was very pleasant. As 3 star hotels go it looked slightly dated but the bed was very comfy, fresh linen and towels every day. Room was a very good size and well stocked with beverages. It was very quiet at night outside and in. I didnt try the breakfast as I'm not a breakfasty person. Limited staff on duty but those there were very helpful and pleasant. Overall a nice stay and I would definitely use the Hermitage Park again.

Lovely Hotel and very good value for money

Check-in was very quick our rooms were ready on arrival. The room was clean and adequate for my requirements, I cannot fault it. The full English breakfast was very good, and oh my gosh the staffs are so friendly it’s unbelievable. I would definitely stay there again.. PS. parking is free
