"This was my second time staying at this property. Took my family during spring break. Property is nice and well maintained. Great place for family and pool fun. However, I was disappointed with the housekeeping. I had to make multiple requests for having my room cleaned. It did not get cleaned on the second day even though I had made a call twice and left both times for housekeeping to clean my room.
