Top Clover Point Park Hotel Reviews
Hotel Grand Pacific
10/10 Excellent
"Outstanding front desk staff. Valet crew was not as good. Not super helpful. We used their free bikes, which was a nice amenity."
Dashwood Manor Seaside Bed & Breakfast
10/10 Excellent
"The location is perfect for those who prefer being away from city noise and activity, and also enjoy having extensive seaside trails and park trails to explore and enjoy. The Tudor Room was perfect as a solo traveler and nice to be on the corner of the building away from street noise. The interior of Dashwood Manor has a lovely feel and look of an old Victoria manor house. Plenty of hot water for showers/baths and love having a bar sink, counter and mini fridge in the room. The breakfast is excellent and there are drinks and snacks available in the dining room 24/7. Service is excellent and friendly and the view from the dining room of the Olympics is a great start to the day. Walking through Beacon Hill Park into Victoria center is very enjoyable with tons of different paths to choose from and all kinds of activities and gardens along the way. If you are stealthy, you might spot a fawn feeding in the brush as I did."
Coast Victoria Hotel & Marina by APA
10/10 Excellent
"Very clean and spacious room with lovely ocean view. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Would stay again."
Bedford Regency Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham
10/10 Excellent
"Overall great experience. Awesome location"
Fairmont Empress
8/10 Good
"Every aspect of service from staff was wonderful but hallways and elevators definitely needs improvement. Some rooms have ridiculously small closets and weirdly set up washrooms that’s why I had to be moved.Problem was resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. Breakfast as well as afternoon tea were wonderful. Dinner not so much with overcooked salmon and not enough proper dining tables. You have to sit at the low lounge tables."
Victoria Marriott Inner Harbour
8/10 Good
"The Marriot hotel was very clean and comfortable. The bed was really comfy & housekeeping staff visited daily. The location was walkable and close to the inner Harbour landmarks & activities. We enjoyed being part of the M Club which provided us with free breakfast, appetizers, dessert hour and non-alcoholic beverages(bottled water/coffee/tea/sodas.) Beautiful lounge area to sit back and enjoy these items. The hotel price was reasonable too!"
Strathcona Hotel
8/10 Good
"Travelled with our family with two kids. Property is very central and easy to get around downtown. Staff were so nice and accommodating. Rooms are clean- we booked a room with two queen beds and a pull out. Spacious and nice for families. Beds are not the comfiest we have had but adequate. Lighting in bathroom is terrible but that was my only complaint. Nice new fridge and microwave in the room too which was handy. Keurig coffee and tea selection. They had a nice coffee bar in the lobby- wish they had a little treat for the kids. (Hot chocolate?) No breakfast on site but The Ruby was an easy walk and delicious! Only one elevator in the building which was tricky at checkout but there is a nice staircase you can always use. We enjoyed our stay and would consider going back to this hotel."
Fairfield Estate Coach House, close to Cook Street Village by Victoria Prime!
10/10 Excellent
"The property was impeccably maintained, comfortable, and met all my needs. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a quality night’s sleep. The kitchen is fully kitted for all cooking. Onsite laundry facilities without a surcharge is an added convenience. Any minor issues that needed to be tweaked were attended to efficiently and expediently by the management and owners. A great location in a lovely neighborhood, a block away from Cook St Village and Beacon Hill Park, with an easy walk to the sea and to downtown with no hills. With limited natural light, the coach house maintains a cooler temperature which is a plus during the summer. Another guest review mentioned, “monitoring of the electric meter for heat” with their contract stating an allowance of 70.00/month for their stay during the cooler temps in May, My only concern if I returned in another season would be the upfront cost of the heating surcharge since I’m acclimatized for warmer weather. I would love to book a return stay."
Garden City Suite: Perfect Location & Comfort
