"The reviews online rave about the very nice rooms. The reviews and hotel info do not make clear that arriving with a car is very difficult logistically. The hotel boat is moored where there is only a pedestrian footpath. There is no where close by to drop the bags for easy access, many meters from where cars are allowed. There are no actual staff at the location, only virtual staff who cannot help with the luggage drop or movement. You get parking recommendations only after the cancel window...

The owners texted us to ensure we arrived correctly, and were immediately given the tour of the room and balcony. "A wonderful experience with a fabulous view from our balcony. It was a restful retreat and some of the best food, wine, and service of our entire trip from Lyon south. We took the train to Vienne and had private garage parking at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and made our stay a delight."
