Welcome to The Coop, a cosy two-bedroom cottage nestled on our family-run working farm in the heart of Lancashire. Wake up to the peaceful sounds of the countryside, surrounded by rolling fields and the daily rhythm of farm life. This characterful cottage is ideal for families or friends looking to unwind in a rural setting, with easy access to nearby villages, towns, and wedding venues.  
  
Inside, you’ll find an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, including all the modern appliances needed for the designated chef. The living room offers a comfy sofa, armchair, smart TV, and a six-seater dining table, perfect for relaxing or dining in. Two bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping, a super king-size bed in the master and twin beds in the second room. The spacious bathroom features a freestanding bath and overhead shower.  
  
Upstairs, a quiet, dedicated workspace with a sofa offers an ideal spot for remote working or catching up on emails. As The Coop is part of a working farm, guests will come across horses, livestock or tractors during their stay. We ask for patience and care around farming areas and livestock. Private parking for two cars is available right beside the property on a gravel driveway, and guests enjoy exclusive access throughout their stay.  
  
West Bradford is a picturesque village nestled within the Ribble Valley, offering a peaceful setting with easy access to everything this beautiful region has to offer. The local pub, The Three Millstones Inn, is just a short stroll away and serves delicious home-cooked meals and local ales in a welcoming atmosphere. Nearby Clitheroe is a bustling market town with independent shops, cafes, a historic castle, and a thriving high street. You’ll also find supermarkets, bakeries, and butchers offering quality local produce.  
  
For those looking to explore the outdoors, the Forest of Bowland, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is right on your doorstep, offering miles of scenic walking trails, cycling routes, and panoramic views.
