Please sensibly enter/exit the property considering the neighbourhood and the time of day or night. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 07:00. C. Smoking, Pets, Parties, or Events are NOT allowed. D. A mandatory security deposit of £250 is due at least 1 day prior to arrival for single-night, last-minute, direct or new bookers. E. Early check-in and Late check-out are not available for single-night bookings, as the property is usually already booked before and after single nights. F. If a Late check-out is granted, you must leave the property by the agreed time for the cleaners to avoid an additional night's charge. Important Notice: Antisocial behaviour around the property or on the street, including loud music, which disrupts the neighbourhood and causes nuisance, will not be tolerated and dealt with accordingly. A violation may be escalated through the damage payment option depending on the nature of the violation to cover the costs of deep cleaning, restoring, repairing, or refreshing the property. If any of the above rules don't suit you, please let us know within the grace period of the booking.
