  • Feel at home in a beautiful old world home that has all the comforts of modern day living. Brand new renovations, beautiful landscaping complete with a concord grape vine hutch, exposed brick, chef's kitchen, and enough room for your entire group! Located in Cleveland's most desirable neighborhood, Ohio City, you'll be less than 2 miles from all downtown attractions including Progressive Field, but still far enough out to have complete peace and quiet. We know you'll enjoy our home!

    Plenty of room and space to enjoy yourselves. A king bed in the first floor master, two queens in the second floor suite, a dedicated work space that includes a futon to sleep two, two full baths, and a small but cozy room with a full bed on the first floor. Beautiful kitchen, and a private back yard / patio complete with a deck and a grapevine hutch.

Couples trip for the weekend to hit up the RRHOF and bike at Ray’s. We loved the house and had plenty of space and everything we needed. Some of our favorite things were how comfy all the beds and towels were, the amazing coffee bar, the extra blankets and all the games and toys. Close to everything! Hosts are very thoughtful and kind.

Such a cute house! Perfect for bachelorette trip or girls weekend!

We loved this sweet home! We did a weekend bachelorette trip in Cleveland and were so happy we chose to stay here. We had a pretty large group and it fit us all perfectly. Very clean space!

Home was very clean with a lot of character and charm! Nice to have private parking in back. Within easy walking distance to Ohio City restaurants, bars, and shops. Short drive to downtown Cleveland. Thanks for hosting us!

Lovely modern restoration

A beautifully restored home that is very comfortable with an antique feel as well. Hosts also were extremely helpful and response whenever I had a question. Nicely equipped, would definitely stay here again!

Great house for friends’ weekend

Lots of room for a group of friends or large family. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner and have other meals there. Loved the comfort of the beds and pillows. Towels were large and fluffy! Nice quiet neighborhood but walkable to main street for restaurants and bars. Would stay again!

Great location, clean comfortable home

We came to town to spend the holidays with our Ohio families. Our family of five was very comfortable here— the bedding was awesome, the kitchen had everything we needed and the hosts were helpful and attentive. Ohio City is so fun and walkable. We went to the Westside Market, Rock Hall of Fame (a must!) and Forest City Shuffleboard.Highly recommend this home for a fun stay in Cleveland!!

Cute and cozy.

Cute vintage house. Roomy and comfortable. Only observation I have is that lighting is low throughout the home , except for the kitchen. Location was great for all of the venues we attended.

Wonderful Stay

We were on a road trip and this was by far the best place we stayed at. Everything clean and new. Fully stocked coffee bar in the huge kitchen. Comfy beds with fluffy, new towels. Nice backyard with sitting area. Driveway parking so convenient. The only downside is the hot water was sooooooo hot. I would stay here again in a minute

Fantastic Location

This house is located in an excellent spot. There are tons of things to do within a 10 minute drive or a 10 minute walk. The house itself is beautiful. A great place to hang out with room for kids to play. The house is clean and updated. Next time we come back to Cleveland, I will check and see if this house is available.

Absolutely The Best Hosts!

This house is very spacious, beautifully remodeled in a very nice neighborhood. My family had plenty of room and really enjoyed their stay as well. What was the best part of our stay however were the hosts. Adam and Emily were very responsive with all requests and questions, even offered late check out for my family's later departing flights. They offered to make reservations at all local restaurants for us; they really helped make my family's first time to Cleveland an amazing one. Thank you so much for everything. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location and space for my family

Great property, clean, excellent amount of space. Due to some flight issues we basically spent enough time in the house to sleep and shower then y morning. Plenty of room, and quite clean! The kitchen was nicely upgraded! Outdoor space as well on the patio. The weather was not good while we were there, so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor space. The neighborhood was nice and the location was great for getting to Cleveland and restaurants on W. 25th. Would stay again.

Wedding Weekend

Emily and Adam dot all the i's and cross all the t's in preparing for their guests' stay. Easiest check in ever. The beds are super comfy and the kitchen was spacious for a great gathering place as was the living room and upstairs area. The driveway is narrow but we were able to pull in our rental suburban. Off street parking is available. It is a transitional area so some good and some sketchy but if you need to be close to the city, this is the place. We did not take advantage of the proximity to West Side Market and the cute shopping area since we were so busy but all is an easy walk away. The hosts were quick to respond to any messages and we truly appreciated their efforts. Thank you Adam and Emily.

Clean, Safe, and Convenient!

Loved staying at this property! super convenient for us to get everywhere we went downtown (west side market, great lakes brewery, the art museum, edge water park, the flats, etc) Lots of parking as well. We had 6 cars amongst our guests and never had an issue. Also felt very safe staying in the house. we walked to the market, a local cafe, and back and had no issues. Loved that we were able to park a couple of our cars behind the gate as well if needed. Lots of room for guests as well. Loved that there were 2 tables, lots of chairs available, and lots of sleeping accommodations. beds were clean, comfy, and more than enough pillows and blankets. Also loved that there was tupperware available for us to use. came in handy! The hosts were awesome to work with as well. We worked together on arranging an early check-in and when I had a question on where something was in the house they were quickly responsive and offered to instacart a replacement if it didn't work out. Only one small thing I would mention; a couple of us noticed the main level's shower water temp can get pretty hot. would just use caution if staying with small kids so they don't get burnt or scalded. Will also say that even after 6 girls all showering, we never ran out of hot water! Would recommend this home to anyone, especially large groups going downtown. We were in town for a bachelorette party and this was perfect! 10/10!!
