Know when you’re going there that you need to ask for room service. I could not get my room cleaned. My towels were either placed on the desk or on the toilet seat. Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic by IHG
The room was bright and comfortable, generous amount of towels, all of the staff were friendly, including the restaurant which provided nice options to eat in. The shuttle was extremely convenient. The valet service was organized and it was simple to get the car when we needed it to go out.
