"Room 1504 had a beautiful view of the harbour, cascade steps, and the Hippodrome. The bed was comfortable with soft and firm pillows. The water pressure was excellent. Great location!"

"The staff was helpful with ideas of what to do in Cardiff. They helped get us in the hotel with our luggage. Just reaaly hospitable."

"Perfect location and a comfortable room with an excellent shower. Breakfast was lovely with a good variety of options, although it was a little unusual that it was served in the reception area. What let the hotel down, however, were the check-in and check-out arrangements. A 4pm check-in feels unnecessarily late, although we were at least able to leave our bags beforehand. More disappointing was that after checking out at 11am, we were told we couldn’t store our luggage because they had “run out of space.” Unfortunately, this completely disrupted our final day in Bath so decided to cut our trip short and catch an earlier train home."
