Beautiful clean house on a hill that sleeps 10-12 guests. 1 King Bed/TV, 1 Queen Bed/TV, 1 Full Bed, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa, 1 Double Air Mattress. Kitchen, Livingroom with Roku TV, 3 Full Bathrooms, front and back porch. All linens for beds, bath and kitchen provided. Pool, horseback rides, fishing, campfire (bring lawn chairs to sit by the fire), outdoor games, wade in the creek, walking trails close by. Local restaurants and attractions listed in the cabin.

Few of the things that I love capturing are stunning reflections, colors, landscapes and skylines. I returned to this park almost after three years and wasn't disappointed at all. Rocky gap State Park is located in Western Maryland, 2 hours drive from Baltimore. The fall colors have not peaked in this part of Maryland yet, but likely they will in the next one week. Great property with just a few areas of improvement needed

My group enjoyed their stay and would consider returning. Pros: easy check in process, spacious house, all the amenities needed to cook and really “live” in the property for a short stay, location, fire pit with plenty wood provided, beautiful grounds to walk around. Cons: superficially, the home was clean but the house would greatly benefit from a professional deep cleaning to remove crud from couch cushions, and hard-to-reach corners. Mice droppings found in some kitchen areas and warranted us disinfecting all of the silverware, plates, etc. before use. We are in a rural area so mice are common but property should be thoroughly cleaned between reservations to ensure mice food sources are eliminated. Carpet in one of the bathrooms. Looked clean but there is no way carpet in a bathroom can be sanitary. Portable air conditioner was too loud in the loft bedroom for one of the guests that she was unable to stay in the room and had to crash on the living room couch. Overall, great home and would consider staying again for a short stay if I could be assured that the property was deep cleaned and had no evidence of mice activity.

Secluded Paradise

The house at Creekside Resort exceeded all expectations. The home is exclusive, spacious, and extremely nice. Fun for family and friends. We would love to come back!
