"Unfortunately, the owners of this Big4 are very much letting the brilliant location sell for them. We stayed here about three years ago and it was in need of upgrading, repair and maintenance then. It’s clearly not been done and the park has been left to a state of disrepair. The cabins are in desperate need of upgrading and are generally not well cleaned or maintained. There was mould spawning on the ceiling above the shower cubicle, none of the window screens fit, hence the bug and spider...

"Rainshadow Retreat was such a lovely little cabin to stay at for our wedding night and start of our honeymoon! The location was incredible, super peaceful and an amazing view with the large windows right in front of the bed.
