I have attempted to address issues with the owner for several weeks with no response. I’m not one to blast someone in a review but he left me no choice. I don’t want anyone to be as disappointed as we were. The house itself is beautiful and exactly what my family needed. We’d stayed in the same cabin two yrs ago and our only complaint was there was just 1 TV for house that sleeps 15 people. I’m not sure what happened, if there was an ownership change or what. There were so many issues that I won’t list them all here. There was even a potential structural issue that no one was too concerned about. I’ll just say the house itself is wonderful but don’t expect a “luxurious” rental as described. I will say Jessie, the concierge, did respond to me and listened to every issue I had but even she couldn’t get him to have a conversation with me. It was far from the “5 star” experience I was encouraged to leave in a review and asked to address any issues privately with the owner but that never happened.
