"Beautiful suites had an amazing view from our room. Nice and clean. our only issue we found was there is not adequate parking spaces for the amount of guests we had to park wait for a park or had to park away from the property and walk 5mins to get there"

"There is no outside signage that identifies the property which seems odd. Seperate parking costs and booking had to be made at reception on arrival which was odd."

"Terrible experience staying at Mantra Hotel, definitely not even a 1-star experience. The room was disgusting, dirty, and mouldy. The bed was broken, the curtains were damaged, and the overall condition of the room was unacceptable. Very disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance standards. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone."

"Average property for the price one has to pay, decent rooms, however the air conditioning was not suitable as it kept switching off after running for 5 or so minutes, not as expected. "

"B'fast was nothing special and same menu for 4 consecutive days. Coffee machine was out of order. B'fast area tends to be very crowded but we had no choice. Definitely will tsje the no B'fast option next time. Cleanliness if the B'fast area requires improvement. Noticed that the cleaning staff lacked professionalism with basic cleaning services. Location of the hotel is a plus. "

"Steam room was closed even though it's advertised on the website Bathroom was tiny and the roof was low and sloped, no good if you're over 5ft Couldn't really stand in the shower for the same reason. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Good location. Great room service food."
