The apartment is spacious, very well equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There are two flights of stairs to access the apartment — this wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s something to bear in mind for guests with mobility considerations. "Overall good. However it’s worth pointing out the caravan does need a little tlc and the site facilities are very meagre, not that these really affected our personal experience. Owner communicated well, Caravan plot location was great, pleasant neighbours as well. This stay was good for us and our 3 (little) dogs. "

"The facilities were very good and the staff we encountered were all great. It was busy at times in the spa, with just enough space to be relaxing. We enjoyed our morning visit to the spa more than the afternoon. Nearby Frinton beach and high street was worth a visit. "
