Villa La Piaggia is situated in a very quiet position, at 5 km from Civitella della Chiana and 25 kms away from the centre of Arezzo. The small village maintains the characteristics of ancient times and you can find a typical restaurant and some small shops there. The house and pool in panoramic position overlook the whole valley with Monte S. Savino (15 kms) in the distance. The villa is furnished with rustic, Tuscan furniture which is well combined with other pieces in ethnic style. The property is reachable through an uncovered road, which is nevertheless in good conditions and approximately 2,5 kms long. Very beautiful, cosy farmhouse "La Piaggia", 350 m a.s.l., detached, renovated in 2000. 25 km from the centre of Arezzo, 50 km from the centre of Siena, in a secluded, quiet position on top of a hill. Private: garden 900 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 140 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 27.Apr. - 12.Oct.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. Heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 07.Apr.. Motor access to the house (2.5 km via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 5 km, grocery 5 km, supermarket 12 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 5 km, thermal baths "Rapolano Terme" 30 km. Tennis 20 km, riding stable 15 km. Denn außer "Fuchs und Hase" trifft man im Umkreis von 1,5 km keinen Menschen... Für uns mit Hund großartig. Aufgrund der Anfahrt über eine Schotterpiste können wir keine tiefergelegten Autos empfehlen.

Das Haus ist idyllisch gelegen. Man hat einen hervorragenden Ausblick, gute Beschreibungen für Einkauf etc. Des Vermieters. Sehr netter Kontakt, immer erreichbar gewesen. Kommen gerne wieder!

Alles in allem ein nettes gemütliches Haus, mit kleinsten Macken (wenig Gläser und Töpfe und nicht sehr großer Kühlschrank für 10 Personen) nichts das uns ernsthaft störte, würden wieder kommen!!!!!

Einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen

Dieses Haus ist optimal um zu entspannen. Das Anwesen liegt auf einem Hügel etwa 15 Minuten Fahrzeit von dem nächsten Ort entfernt. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Trotz großer Wärme ging hier oben immer wieder ein sehr angenehmer Wind. Als wir mit einiger Verspätung endlich ankamen hat uns der Vermieter Claudio sehr nett empfangen. Kleiner Reparaturen wurden sofort behoben und Claudio war immer für uns erreichbar. Die Schlafzimmer mit den sehr bequemen Betten sind zusätzlich zu erwähnen. Der große Pool lädt ein, sich immer wieder abzukühlen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Dom na uboczu

Dom znajduje się z dala od cywilizacji. Dla mnie jest to zaleta. Ale trzeba się liczyć z tym ze można się z niego wydostać tylko samochodem, a i to nie jest łatwe bo drogi sa strome, wąskie i żwirowe, wiec podróż jest powolna. Można imprezować do nocy, wokol nie ma żywej duszy!

Die Fahrten zum und weg vom Ferienhaus waren stets abenteuerlich, 20 min. reine Schotterpiste galt es zu überwinden. Das sehr abgelegene Haus machte von außen einen gepflegten und schönen Eindruck, der sich im Inneren allerdings nicht bestätigen konnte. Im ganzen lässt sich sagen, dass für unsere Belegung (6 Erw. + 4 Ki.) ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Dusche gefehlt und das Inventar (Polster, Stühle, Betten, Schränke, WC`s, Duschen, Böden) abgewohnt war. Das gesamte Haus bedarf unserer Meinung nach einer gründlichen Reinigung (verschmutzte Heizkörper, Spinnenweben, Schmutz und Staub) und hier und da einer Erneuerung (aufgequollene Holzböden). Der Eigentümer und seine Familie sind sehr nett gewesen, als Probleme mit dem TV und WLAN auftraten, wurden diese unmittelbar behoben. Außerdem haben wir hilfreiche Tips zur Umgebung erhalten.
