Une petite mare peuplée de grenouilles à proximité et si vous êtes à la recherche de tranquillité : lapins, chevreuils et sangliers seront vos seuls compagnons durant votre séjour. A noter aussi : les habitants et commerçants de la région sont accueillants et bienveillants, surtout dans les petites entités comme Monte San Savino (10 à 12 km de la villa) où tous les commerces sont présents.
