Ideally situated on the border of Umbria and Lazio, it's within a 30 minute drive to Tuscany, 1.5 hours from Rome airport & ideal for day trips to Rome, Perugia, Assisi, Bolsena, Viterbo, Bagnoregio (voted one of Italy’s top destinations and just 25 minutes away) and many more.
