The whole apartment itself was super clean, modern, well equipped kitchen for basic needs, and just very comfortable. The only issue was when we got to the door of the apartment, no one answered the buzzer to let us in. I called the numbers provided to me but no answer. After waiting for 20 mins by the sidewalk with our luggage and fatigue from travel, we just went in the door when someone else came in. From there, we were able to access the keys and proceed with check-in. The staff was apologetic and made sure we were ok. They also forgave us (and charge us) for the child stool my husband broke when he sat on it. The building having a lift was a great bonus. I wish we could have stayed longer. We only stayed one night as we had a cruise leaving the nearby port the next day. The cruise port was walkable. I would definitely recommend this place and I would stay again.
