Villa Jessica is a bright and airy 3 bedroom villa located in the popular resort of Calan Bosch. You'll find the bustling marina, lined with a great choice of restaurants and bars, as well as the beautiful sandy beach just a 20 minute stroll or 5 minute drive away. Back at the villa, spend your days relaxing by your own private pool or cooking up a feast on the BBQ. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.  
  
Villa Jessica is a detached property set in the Cap D'Artrux area of Calan Bosch. Here you can enjoy the best of both worlds, away from the hustle and bustle yet still within walking distance of all the facilities this popular resort has to offer. The attractive marina is lined with plenty of bars and restaurants for you to choose from, while the beautiful sandy beach is the perfect place to spend a day. You'll also be just 20 minutes' drive from the charming old capital, Ciutadella. Our villas Avellano, Rotxa, Venus, Jero and Llentrisca are located on the same lane.

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.  
  
Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
