    The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with capacity for 5 people. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which ensures a cool and comfortable environment throughout the year.



    The independent kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee maker, among others. It has everything you need to comfortably prepare meals.



    Outside, you can enjoy a 15 m2 private terrace with sea views, as well as a large garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The 6x4 metre private pool is perfect for cooling off on hot days. AND ATTENTION: PLAY BOULES AND HAVE FUN!
