Everything has been lovely as always. However, the reception doesn’t always have a staff member present. We waited nearly 15 minutes to get our luggage back from the storage cupboard. There needs to be some sort of bell/alert system when staff member is needed. I was also surprised to see that paperwork with guests names was left on the desk, fully visible to anyone waiting at the reception This is the only negative comment I have about this beautiful hotel.

Property is historic and in a great spot in the city .. bar across street can get loud at night . Tram is on the street so easy transport everywhere . Main parts of city are walking distance.. rooms have no AC But lots of windows that can be opened for fresh air . Rooms are very spacious and comfortable , sleeps 2 safely , sofa bed is good for a child

Nice from, good amount of space.Bed had a double size topper on a king size bed. The curtains were a challenge, plenty of light shining through after our first night.
