He was friendly, respectful, anticipated our needs and ensured we knew what was available to us. He ensured we were happy with our stay and time in the lounge. Don't think he could have been better! "Convenient restaurant, great breakfast, available hotel parking, walkable distance from the Rhine river. The room was newly refurbished with a nice bathroom and queen double bed, in the room there is also a mini fridge, safe and iron with iron board. I would stay here again!"
