"Good property and great location. Staff needs to speak with guest, most of the time the confusion or question needs to be put in email and response is after 3-4 days. If you have everything figured out, it is great property but if you are stuck or have questions, good luck getting that sorted out. Moreover, expedia and limehome did not pass the complete booking details for which there is a confusion on guest count, etc."

"Good location but very noisy. Rooms are not soundproof at all and not really clean. There was a bug in my room but the hotel told me that I couldn't cancel the booking as I paid non refundable in advance. And even when I told them, that I paid for a proper service only a room change was offered. Won't stay there any again."

"ロケーションは最高。エッセン中央駅からすぐ近く。もう一つ手前の地下鉄駅までは徒歩2分。レストランもショッピングモールも徒歩圏内。部屋は広くて清潔。キッチン家電も器具も食器も全て完備。もちろんワイングラスもあり。 エレベーターあり。 ひとつ残念なのは、建物入口のセキュリティコード入力後、ドアが開く反応がものすごく遅い。コード間違えたのかと思って何回も入力してしまった。夜中到着だったので、すごく焦った。 建物入館後、各階の廊下に入るために、もう一度同じコードを入力する必要あり。廊下に入るための事まで詳しく書いてなかったので、あれ？どのコード入力？と思った。 ここも反応遅い。 部屋に入るためにはアクティベーションコードを入力する必要あり。一回アクティベーションすれば、後は4桁のコードで出入りできる。 たくさんコードがあるけど、一回やり方クリアすれば大丈夫。 快適に過ごしました。"

"Great location, walking distance to the train station and public transportation. Also walking distance to main attractions in Duesseldorf, including the river and old town. The front desk staff couldn't have been nicer at checkin and in assisting with a room change to the less sunny side of the building. Late July stay brought very warm temperatures. The building structure is a combination of hotel rooms and apartments, such as the one we booked. They asked if we would be cooking in the...

"Our only gripe was the two single beds combined to make a double, instead of a real double size bed. Other wise the perfect minimalist accomodation with a usefull kitchen."
