She wanted to know if we booked with Expedia, as if it was a problem, after being checked in there wasn't any HOT WATER the next attend said Let it run for 10min, i stated to her my 63 year old husband just took a COLD SHOWER, and the water is still COLD. She stated we book full and she didn't know what to tell me. She will get the maintenence there in the morning, she stated she couldn't move us to another room because there wasn't any left. She stated she was going to call her Manager, i really didn't care who she called we're to old to be talking a COLD SHOWER. Thanks to whoever she talked with, she moved us the next day. And our stay was much better. "
