They have eventually changed the fridge this morning (Saturday 15/11/2025) and the electricity to the room has been constantly on for the last 7.5 hours an the fridge is not working. I have again complained to the manager of the hotel and he himself came to inspect the fridge and he then asserted that the fridge was working and I disagreed with him because I know a working fridge and he cannot hoodwink me. The conduct o the manager that visited my room was NOT good either and he was very bullish and disrespectful in the manner he told me that the fridge was working. I am a landlord and I have over 60 fridge freezers and I know the temperature of a perfectly working fridge after 30 minutes let alone 7.5 hours.
