Secondly, I am so angry, seething and incensed that I am writing this review immediately after the incident with the manager whilst I am still currently staying here. Today is Saturday 15/11/2025 and I am still currently at the hotel and I am due to depart on 17/11/2025\. I have reported the fridge in my room as faulty three times, their technicians have attended two times and their excuse is that the card controlling the electricity supply to the room was not connected and hence the reason the fridge was not working for lack of constant electricity supply. They have eventually changed the fridge this morning (Saturday 15/11/2025) and the electricity to the room has been constantly on for the last 7.5 hours an the fridge is not working.
