Holiday house with sea view and sun terrace, 4 km to beach

House in Liguria (Italian Riviera) with sun terrace and sea view. This tranquil house – in typical ancient style with cross and barrel vaults – has been completely restored in 2021 and has approx. 60 m² ground area. The ground floor contains a living room/ kitchen (dining area, fitted kitchen) and bathroom. Above it is the first living/bedroom with two single beds, chest of drawers and seating corner. The second living/bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, seating corner and TV (German). From the verdant roof terrace you have a splendid view of the whole village and the sea. The next beach town is only 4 km away from Cipressa (Cipressa lies between Imperia and San Remo). In Cipressa itself there is one grocery shop, two very good restaurants and a bar with foreign cooking. Hiking in the nearby mountain villages and excursions to the lake Alps in the surrounding area (mountain hiking paths) are available. *** Fantastic terrace property

liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit bombastischer Meersicht
Alles war super-super gut! Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll restauriert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist von sehr guter Qualität, ruhig und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Das Top-on-the-Top ist natürlich die Dachterrasse mit bombastischer Meersicht - besser geht nicht! Einziger Wermutstropfen: die Treppen von Etage zu Etage wurden von uns trotz Hinweis in der Ausschreibung unterschätzt. Wir leiden beide gelegentlich unter Schwindel, der durch die steilen Treppen mit unregelmässigen Stufen verstärkt wurde, was wir nicht erwartet haben. Mit grosser Vorsicht konnten wir die Ferienwoche jedoch unfallfrei geniessen!

Charmante petite maison tout en hauteur
Très jolie petite maison, aménagée avec goût, propre. 1 pièce par étage avec en bouquet final une terrasse avec une vue splendide. Il est vrai que les escaliers sont raides et étroits, mais on s'y fait 🙂 fitness garanti... Cipressa est magnifique et pittoresque. Très beau village tranquille. Propriétaire soucieux de notre bien-être. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour.

Altes Stadthaus mit fantastischem Ausblick
Das Stadthaus ist sauber, freundlich und praktisch ausgestattet, die enge Gasse und die steilen Treppen (auch im Haus) gehören in einem Bergdorf einfach dazu. Highlight ist die wunderbare Dachterrasse, von der man einen fantastischen Ausblick auf das Meer und die Umgebung genießen kann. Sogar bei weniger gutem Wetter ließ es sich (dank Seitenmauer und kl. Schutzdach) dort sehr gut aushalten.
