"Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our week at Coconuts. Kevin's attention to detail is apparent from the moment you connect. The documentation shared prior to travel was immensely helpful in our planning, and we were greeted with the complimentary wine and a complete breakdown of the villa when we arrived. Our older children appreciated the separate spaces and took full advantage of the pool table, telescope, and hot tub. The views from the deck were breathtaking, no matter the weather. Any worries about AC or power were completely unnecessary, as Kevin has backup for everything. The location was convenient to markets and the north shore beaches/ Cruz Bay. We cannot wait to enjoy our freshly brewed coffee on that deck again someday."

"This is like a guest house. The owners are extremely respectful of your privacy. We didn’t see them the whole time other than the initial check in. Great, timely communication & very helpful w/ any questions. Beautiful property! Great location between trunk, cinnamon, & mahogany bay. Highly recommend & would definitely stay here again!"

"Perfect little cottage for a couple to relax with a beautiful view and excellent breeze. Truly newly renovated, very clean, well-appointed with all the things you might need while there (spices, nice cookware, great towels, brand new dishes/cutlery, generous shampoo/condition/body wash, nice beach towels, light throw blankets, even an XL dry bag that doubled well as a backpack cooler). The AC works so well it barely had to run so they must have insulated quite well in the renovation which made a peaceful and comfortable sleep each night. It is tucked away 1 mile off the main road to make it convenient to access, but in a quiet spot. Dirt driveway access and parking are a bit rustic, but normal for STJ and better than the super steep driveways that some locations have- we found it easier to come and go from here than some other spots we have stayed in the past. We were trying to think of anything to suggest and could only come up with a comfy outdoor couch for one empty corner of the deck to truly lounge outdoors but they do have adirondack and bar stools already - really can't say they didn't try to think of everything. We truly enjoyed our stay!"

"Our stay at Sol Cottage was perfect. The unit was exactly as described in the listing, incredibly clean, and well stocked, including beach towels, beach chairs, and backpack coolers that were perfect for keeping drinks cool for our daily beach ventures and hikes. They even included a delicious sampling of fresh snacks from North Shore Deli at arrival that were delicious! Very nice touch that was unexpected. The pool was such a nice feature, with the whole deck being it's own little paradise. We used the Starfish Market in Cruz Bay (also recommended by JP before we even arrived) to stock up on essentials for the week. The hosts Beth and JP were so easy to communicate with and friendly. JP gave us tons of recommendations for things to see, places to eat, and spots to visit that were much better than the tourist spots that were more crowded. He even told us to try Francis Bay after sunset to stir up the bioluminescent plankton, which were amazing to see in person. This was our first visit to St. John, and our 2nd will be as soon as the wife and I can get it scheduled. I will absolutely book Sol Cottage again and would recommend it to any visitor to the island, though it was most suitable for just 2 people."
