I think it was a great value for the price. Being the first renter, there are a few items of improvement but nothing that frustrated our stay. Easy parking out front (just have to move every 2 hours during the week so you don't get a ticket). Apartment was very clean. Beware the steps to it, very steep! Only thing we'd recommend is a full length mirror in one of the rooms."
