"My family and I needed a dog-friendly rental for the weekend while I moved in to my new apartment just right down the street. We didn’t spend much time at the rental but overall still had a great and easy experience booking and communicating with Lauren! The house is in a cute neighborhood and convenient to The Beaches. I would say the furniture has some wear and tear that could benefit from being updated/replaced but that doesn’t stop me from still giving this place a 5/5 rating. Thanks Lauren!"

"The beautiful photos completely capture how truly wonderful this home is. The hosts were remarkable and very responsive, ensured the home was immaculate for our check-in! Minutes from several Jacksonville attractions, the home is peaceful and so very comfortable! The kitchen was spacious and well stocked with all of the cooking utensils you'd need! There a standard coffee machine AND a Kuerig, an in-fridge water dispenser, and beautiful quartz countertops with bar seats for your crew to spread out for meals.The living room is stocked with comfortable seating, board games and a large TV overlooking an incredible backyard which boasts TURF! There's also a small putting green and a fire pit - It's such a beautiful little oasis in the backyard! (There's also reliable WiFi if you need to connect devices)The bedrooms aren't massive, but they are incredibly well appointed and relaxing. The beds are soft with perfect fluffy pillows and sheets that are as smooth as butter! There's plenty of closet space and nice lighting to set any mood!The restrooms are luxurious with rain shower heads that are perfect to help you start your day! The included toiletries were a nice addition and perfect if you didn't come prepared (the hosts really thought of everything)Lastly, the garage has a washer and dryer, vacuums, additional fans, and a ping pong table for hours of fun with your kids! They even have maps of the area and a fun one for you to add a pin to represent where you travel from."

"What an amazing house. The host did such a great job making the home feel welcoming. Also if you like to have coffee or team this house has it all and the name says it all. Very clean, updated appliances, and great bedding for all that stayed. Thanks for being such a great host for our Scouts. "

"One of my guests has really bad allergies to dust. After seeing the return vent caked with it, and hearing the handler working like crazy in the garage, we pulled the air filter and it was soaking wet and full of dust. The guest bathroom ceiling was sagging and the tub was an absolute slip hazard. "

"The hotel was hot but our room had air conditioning. The hotel was clean and quiet. We could not get the internet to work so I had to use hotspot for internet. Nice big bed and friendly employees. "

"This property fit exactly what we needed! Loved how it was decorated. Quick communication with the host. Only issue we had was the floors not cleaned the best but after contacting the host, she assured me that she spoke with cleaning crews about it.Overall we really liked it "
