Melissa's property was awesome! I completely enjoyed my stay here. No complaints at all about this location. I highly recommend this location and I would definitely stay again.
Nice apartment, perfect space for our Christmas shopping trip. Ideal location to all the shops we wanted to hit up. Dinner at the brewery both nights was convenient and good!
Weekend trip to Kings Island was a success. The Cartridge Factory apartment was extremely cool. Loved how the place tied in the past with a very modern feel. The nice brewery/restaurant across the street was great also. Definitely would love to stay again

A unique property! Very cool! It was spacious and very clean. We will definitely be back to enjoy this place again.
We stayed here for the weekend for a family trip to Kings Island and Cincinnati Zoo. It was the perfect location for us to stay and everyone was pleased. We will definitely stay here again if we plan to come back up. 🙂
This was ideal for our stay in Mason. It was a lovely space for rest and relaxation. The reclining sofa a definite plus.

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was very unique and cool. The builders did a great job with the renovations to turn this old factory into lofts. Tall ceilings and very open and bright with the huge windows in the main room and bedrooms. Very comfortable beds! The owner was very responsive, friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.
A really unique place to stay. We would definitely stay there again if in the area. There was an issue with one of the bathrooms upon arrival. Messaging Malissa, she was super quick to respond and had someone on site within 30 minutes to rectify the situation. Being across from the brewery is a plus (good beer, decent food). All in all a very pleasant experience.

We loved the apartment in the old cartridge factory- super interesting building converted into living spaces which my group found fascinating. The river and bike/walking path were a welcome retreat during our weekend and the brewery across the parking lot offered excellent food and drink with great service. The comfortable and well appointed apartment was the perfect place for us to relax and recharge between events of a long wedding weekend. Check in was easy and host was quick to respond to any questions through the app. Definitely recommend and we will return when we are in the area again. Thank you!
What a unique stay this was! A renovated factory building with some history! Great two bedroom and two-bath apartment with large rooms and comfortable beds! The living area was very spacious! I absolutely loved the almost floor to ceiling windows! I felt very safe while I was there. Having the brewery directly across the parking lot for a night out and drinks was relaxing. Be sure to bring your bike and ride the trail! Oh! Remember to tell the brewery you are staying there for 20% off your order! LOVED OUR STAY!
We travelled to the area for a weekend of U14 girls soccer. The location was easy to get to and parking was simple. We followed the detailed directions to enter the building. We arrived in the unit and were delighted at the well appointed facility. It was extremely clean and comfortable. With having a fully equipped kitchen, we were able to cook up a fantastic spaghetti dinner on Friday night. Also, having a dishwasher available made clean up a breeze. Saturday, after our we explored the area, walked the bike path and found a pollinator garden! After our games, we had a delicious meal at the onsite brewery. The beds were some of the best we have ever slept in! The unit is quiet and we heard no noise from surrounding units. Our host was easily accessible and pleasant to communicate with. I would HIGHLY recommend this unit for anyone coming into town, especially for Kings Island, even though our schedule did not allow us to head over there.
Malissa was a very responsive host and available for any questions I had. This is a really cool space and the amenities were all there to make your stay efffortless and stress free. The location is excellent with so much to do in the surrounding area and the on site brewery has amazing food and a great atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back!
This was our fourth stay in a property owned by Malissa and ,as usual, we were very pleased. The property is immaculate, very inviting and beautifully decorated, well supplied for a comfortable stay plus self check in and check out are extremely easy. Malissa is always responsive to any concerns and easy to work with. We highly recommend this property located in the historic Peters Cartridge Factory.
Property would have been fine, however there was a strong odor when you walked in and it was musty. You could also hear something running around in the ducts which was not comforting and probably contributed to the smell. Otherwise would have been nice.
