Manod was by far the most helpful out of the staff. My stay here in India went great. On my first night I didn’t do enough research and noticed I did not have the proper charging adapter for my phone. Manod kindly asked around the staff and they provided me with an adapter for the nights to come. Manod always had a smile on his face and you could tell he was genuinely happy to be at your service. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced stay near main attractions and the city this is the place to be!

I booked this hotel through Expedia thinking the location was a convenient place where it is walkable near tourist sites in Central New Delhi near Connaught place, NOT. As I arrived to the place, it was very difficult for my Uber driver to find this place, it took him 20 minutes to find this place by walking and asking around where this place was at. Interesting, I got a message from the hotel a few days prior to my arrival saying please be careful that the taxi driver doesn't take you to the wrong place and they provided me with the Google map link, which still took me to the wrong place. When I got to the hotel, it didn't look nothing like the pictures shown on Expedia. The person that was helping me at the hotel, he barely spoke English and took my passport to scan it, but scanner was not working. The location of the hotel is in a terrible, bad location, it is filthy, dirty, not safe for any female walking around as myself. Again, the advertisement that is shown through Expedia is misleading and false/lie, which is not OK. I arrived on September 26 around 1:35pm and left within an hour after my arrival at the hotel due to the location, hotel was a filth, and fear I had as a woman. The location is hard for Uber drivers to find the place. As it happened with my first and second Uber drivers to drop me off and to pick me up from the hotel to take me to the next hotel. The place didn't even have a place to eat for breakfast. They said that they serve in your room. Do not stay
