"Et sjarmerende lite B&B. Har nok vært utrolig vakkert i sine glansdager, men områdene rundt bærer preg av lite vedlikehold. Leiligheten var helt grei for en overnatting. Gulvet på badet var ikke rent. Når vi tørket opp etter oss ble håndkleet møkkete. Men overnattingen var helt grei alt i alt. Når vi skulle sjekke ut var det ikke et menneske å se, resepsjonen var stengt. Endte med å sette nøklene i døra og dra da alt var betalt ved bestilling."

"The property was amazing. Beautiful gardens and a large swimming pool. All four bedrooms were spacious and clean. A separate laundry room was very convenient. A nice bottle of wine was left for us at check in, and our hostess Rosella brought a large platter of pasta on the second night. We had a large kitchen with everything we needed, and we used the grill for 2 dinners. The location was close to nearby towns for restaurants and shopping, and just a 2 hour drive to the beach. We would love to come back next year!"

"This beautiful countryside home was perfect for our one night stay in Tuscany. Fabrizio was a fantastic host and gave us the most inviting welcome and tour of the home. We were able to make a short drive to Lucignano for dinner at Osteria le Botti, recommended by the host. We hope to come back some day!"

"We are a multi-generational family with kids and grandparents who stayed in the country villa in the Spring for a week and absolutely loved it - the house was very comfortable and spacious! Each room had its own bathroom, dressers and beautiful views out the window. House has a fully furnished kitchen, so when we chose to cook, we had everything that we needed. Living room and dining room was where the entire family hung out. The property is set in a hill overlooking grapevines and rolling hills. There's plenty of seats on different sides of the property to enjoy the sun in the morning and the sunsets, which were simply spectacular! Kids loved running around and checking out nooks and crannies of the property. Hot tub was great, pool was fully operational but it was early spring, so we didn't use it. Would stay there again. "

"We wanted a small town location and authentic tuscan vibe. This casina was perfect. It was on a small "dirt road". Took a little getting used to to drive on it, but the peacefulness and solitude was what we were looking for. There were a couple of neighbors nearby. The house had all the things one would need for a few days to a couple of weeks. There were supermarkets near by in every direction. We drove all over Tuscany from this house. The owner reached out to us before our stay and was very nice. She didn't speak English, but google translate helped. Only two things we would note: i locked us the very first 10 minutes of getting in the house. The doors lock when you close them, so always have the keys with you. Second, the property is well lit, which we appreciated, until we went to bed. And they didn't shut off until 5:30am. It made it a little hard to sleep with the lights from outside being so bright. After pur first night we woke up at 4am, thinking it was 8am,but we adapted. We were there for 4 nights, and overall, i would highly recommend this lovely place if you want an authentic experience in a quiet little area. Montepulciano was about 30 minutes away. As well as a small charming town. The owner left us a bottle of wine and a pavkage of pasta and tomato sauce to make a meal! So sweet! It was perfect!"
