With two double bedrooms (one bedroom containing a splitable king size bed, giving you the ability to transform the room into a twin), one bathroom, kitchen, dining room, separate snug and large family lounge with open fireplace, this really is a warm, cosy, and luxurious home away from home. The front garden to the cottage is secure and gated, giving your pets the freedom to roam safely, and the beautiful surrounding gardens of The Retreat lay just outside the door, all yours to explore. As for the Retreat itself, we offer a wide range of health and wellness classes, an onsite restaurant for breakfast, lunch and coffee, and evening meals. The enclosed garden is perfect if you have a dog with you and would be a lovely space to enjoy in the spring / summer. The kitchen had everything you could need and the bedrooms are light and airy, although little things like making sure there is salt in the salt grinder would be appreciated. Thoughts where the cottage could benefit: adding a mirror in the bedrooms and the addition of a small welcome pack on arrival would have made the stay slightly better. ##### Camilla R.
