The ground floor welcomes you with a sunlit, open-plan arrangement encompassing the kitchen, living, and dining areas. This flows seamlessly onto a private north-facing patio, where sunlight abounds. Furnished with two sofas and an armchair, the space accommodates the entire family comfortably. Parking is effortlessly managed with a single garage and two off-street parking spaces. For added convenience, a separate toilet and laundry are also situated on the ground floor. Transitioning to the second story, you'll discover two bedrooms furnished with queen beds, alongside one bedroom with a single bed.
