This home away from home is just 2 mins from the heart of the CBD. The apartment is cosy warm with practical living spaces that open onto your own private patio for excellent indoor/outdoor living. Convenient garage parking so you know your vehicle will be secure. 6 mins walk to new Convention and Exhibition centre. The first floor features a large open plan living space with a sleek practical designed kitchen with state of the art appliances including a Nespresso machine, induction cook top and a fridge /freezer with a water and ice dispenser. To complement the comfortable three seater lounge suite and occasional chair the lounge space includes a new Nuvo 400 all in one speaker /amp allowing you to connect wirelessly and play all your favourite tunes via your Spotify account. A 2020 4K Samsung 43 inch TV is positioned on the wall, featuring a modern frame so that seamlessly blends into the decor as well as access to your Netflix, Disney Plus, Sky Sport Go, Spark Sport, Neon lightbox, Amazon Prime and Apple TV accounts. The lounge leads out to a sunny north facing deck, featuring comfortable outdoor furniture, beanbag and brand-new Weber BBQ. The ground floor is home to 2 generous bedrooms, both with seperate wall heaters. The main bedroom includes a 2020 Samsung 32 inch wall mounted TV. Between the bedrooms is The contemporary bathroom with mirror demister, large size shower and heated tiled floors. No expenses has been spared in terms of health, efficiency and substantial ability. The apartment has a Homestar 6 rating and features double glazing and insulation to a high acoustic rating 1 x heat pump ,heat recovery ventilation system ,LED lighting and water efficient appliances and fixtures. To top it off the apartment Includes a garage with covered access, a rear amenity in the city. Due to the close proximity to Les Mills (less than 1 minute away)Les Mills kindly offers our guests staying at the apartment a discounted casual rate of $20 /a visit instead of the standard $30. Check out time is 10am and late check outs must be requested 24 hours in advance. Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged ay $60 per hour.
