This is a 2-bedroom, 1 bed and 2 carpark home nestled along the serene banks of the Avon River, a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle, while remaining a stone\`s throw away from the heart of the city. Ground floor has the open plan kitchen, living, entertaining area and dining area flowing to the private, fully fenced courtyard. Large sofa to enjoy the 50 inch smart TV. Upstairs (1st floor) has the bedroom with Queen Bed and Full bathroom with Tiled shower, Bidet toilet with heated seat, heated towel rail and vanity. Upper floor accessible via stairs only. Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it\`s a 5-star hotel clean.
