Steps to a pleasant Chesterfield park and a popular Little Poms neighborhood cafe. Full insulation and all double glazing. Amenities such as air conditioning, panel heater, ventilation(HRV), heat transfer and electric blankets contribute to warmth during NZ winter. Also, it is equipped with a whole-house water filtration system, various fruit trees and raised vegetable beds. This attached entire self-contained unit A, minor part of a classical CNZhouse purpose built in 2016, situates on a 500 sqm section fully fenced, features a rare elevated interior space and single-storey only. With careful design and comfort, it keeps you cosy all year round. Overlook the idyllic garden with 300 sqm established with mature plantings on the backyard that create a lovely park-like feel.
