The house is well appointed with everything you need. It is a nice place to hang out, enjoy the backyard, do laundry, etc. Kitchen is small but well appointed. We cooked a couple meals and found everything we needed. Some details about the property - like what goes in the recycle vs trash - were "hidden" in the book of notes. There was a warning about taking valuables with you when you left the property. We didn't have any trouble, but that warning made us wonder about our safety a bit. On the street parking.
