The Queen bedroom is kitted out with 5-star hotel quality linen, loads of storage, and bonus 43-inch smart TV. Enjoy all the conveniences of a fully functional kitchen, or the cafes and restaurants of the city are just a short stroll away. We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us. Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed. Any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24 hours in advance.
