Boasting 3 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms, this home is open planned with a generous kitchen, all white cabinetry and stone countertops and a butler’s pantry with unique no space wasted storage system. Property Features: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps 6 updated and modern accommodation Complimentary Wi-Fi Heatpump – heating plus cooling Equipped kitchen Washing Machine Private garden Parking on-site The wide stairs leading to the spacious master on the first floor has large ensuite with double sinks no sharing here! Not to mention a large walk-in wardrobe. Twin bedroom also located on this floor is opposite the main bathroom which has a bath, separate shower and toilet is separate too. The third bedroom is located on the ground floor with its own ensuite and another separate toilet. Laundry with washer and dryer and double garage. A lovely manicured outdoor space for relaxing and unwinding with ample seating for everyone flows from the house. A must have for your stay short or long in Christchurch. Parking Off street parking is available for 2 cars Pets Unfortunately this property is not pet-friendly. It seemed as if everything is within 10 minutes. The house is upscale, well equipped, very nicely furnished, and the nicely planted garden area was quite wonderful and peaceful.
