Complete with Queen bed, office/study nook, free carparking space with EV charger and fully equipped kitchen. This home away from home is the perfect escape, come enjoy Christchurch from this peaceful park setting. High speed internet. Ground floor has the open plan kitchen, living, entertaining area and dining area flowing to the private, fully fenced courtyard. Large sofa to enjoy the 50 inch smart TV. Upstairs (1st floor) has the bedroom with Queen Bed and Full bathroom with Tiled shower, Bidet toilet with heated seat, heated towel rail and vanity. Upper floor accessible via stairs only. This short-term rental is located in a residential area and we have some fantastic neighbours we care about. If you are arriving or departing late at night or early in the morning please keep noise to a minimum and be respectful of our neighbours.
