Whether you're travelling for work or leisure, this townhouse offers boutique living with all the comforts of home. Just be prepared for two flights of stairs, and a bit of tight parking if you’re bringing a vehicle.



🅿️ Free street parking is available but limited.



There is very limited free street parking, and the street is quite narrow. It is not suitable for large vehicles or SUVs. If you are parking, please ensure your vehicle is tight to the curb with mirrors folded in to avoid blocking the road.



Ohana is not responsible for any damage that may occur while parking on the street.



★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★



We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $39 up to $79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you've already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us-we're happy to

review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.



Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations.



🔑 Only one property access key/fob is provided as standard. Additional key/fob must be requested before arrival. A replacement fee of NZD $250 applies for each lost key or fob.
