Quiet one way street. Coffee shop and dairy nearby. Walking distance 5 mins to Avon River 6 mins to Hospital 7 mins to Margaret Mahy Playground 8 mins to Cafe & Restaurant 12 mins to Casino 14 mins to Quake City Walking or Riding scooter is good option if you plan to visit Christchurch city. Renting cars or Uber is good for going a little bit far. Sofa-bed is available for extra $20, please let us know at least one day before your stay and put it back after using. NO FOOD IN THE BEDROOM, please enjoy your meals in the dining/lounge area only NO SHOES INDOORS NO SMOKERS! Please do not use towels to clean any surfaces or items otherwise extra charges may apply to cover additional laundry fees The cleaning fee covers a general clean of the entire house and the provision of fresh linen and towels.
