### Citypad Studio Christchurch

Located just north of the iconic city square and within walking distance to the convention centre, the town hall and the bars and restaurants on the Terrace, this studio apartment is close to everywhere you want to be. Go and explore all this modern city has to offer or use it as a base to explore greater Christchurch.  
  
Located just north of the square and within walking distance to the convention centre, the town hall and the bars and restaurants on the Terrace, this studio apartment is close to everywhere you want to be. Simply close the front door and go and explore all this modern city has to offer.  
  
Built in 2021, this gated apartment building is modern, warm and built to a high specification. Located at the far end of the building this apartment is the farthest from the road so is very quiet.   
  
The studio has a full kitchen with a stove and oven plus a microwave and dishwasher. It comes with a commercial grade queen sized bed, a two seater dining table, and a comfy couch if you need a night in front of the 55”smart TV. The room also has a full wardrobe, and two bedside cabinets. A heat pump is available for those cooler (or warmer) nights. For those warmer nights, open the sliding door out to a private patio area and enjoy a cool beer or wine. Lastly, the studio comes with a full bathroom and its own clothes washing a machine and drier.  
  
Guests will have full access to the complex via a PIN to the vehicle and the pedestrian gate. Once inside, guests have full access to the apartment.

#### Christchurch City Pad

Was what it says on the tin, was comfortable and clean. I would just say that if you are short don't bother bringing anything that needs heating up in the microwave as it is up too high for you to use. Also check about parking as I had to park on the street as the park was allocated for the other apartment not my one.
