This house is Brand new, sunny north facing, 3 stories. Opposite to Christchurch Town Hall and Casino. 3 mins walk to Te Pae Christchurch Convention center through Victoria square. 5 mins walk to CBD. King size beds X 2, full bathroom for both bedrooms.
