Our linen is all 5 star Hotel standard linen, so you can be assured you are gettiing the best at a affordable price. Sink into luxury after a busy day of sight seeing and travelling . You will have the entire property to yourself during your stay. Access is by a electronic keypad, so a seamless check in and check out process. I do not live on the premise but am available by text between the hours of 8am to 6pm. No Food upstairs -Please enjoy your meals at dining table. No shoes inside No smoking of any kind inside. Quiet hours between 9pm-8am. No parties or extra guests after 9pm. We take pride in our property and expect the same from our guests. Our cleaning fee covers a general clean of the whole house by 2 cleaners who change linen with fresh 5 star linen and towels. Additional fees apply for guests who do not leave property in the original condition. Thank you please enjoy your stay at our new appartment. We have strict rules in place to ensure to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noises outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us. Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed. Any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Check out time is 10am and late check outs must be requested 24 hours in advance. Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged ay $60 per hour. Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
